Refund policy
What’s your return policy?
Our company does not accept returns or exchanges, however, there are exceptions in regard to damaged/defective items. If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at godwillbrand@gmail.com! To be eligible for a return due to defective items, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at godwillbrand@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items before sending back the item and we’ll sort that out for you. Once we receive your communication and your claim is under review, we will notify you with the next steps.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected in-house, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item being fulfilled as defective/damaged. If all is approved, you will receive a new item for the product originally purchased.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was incorrectly labeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at godwillbrand@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one.
